Technical indicators:

1. 15 synchronous and partial discharge measurement channels/each PDM measurement module

2. Frequency range: from 1MHz to 20MHz

3. Noise removal technology: based on pulse time and amplitude, time arrival method, pulse polarity identification method

4. Measurement indicators: pC/mV discharge capacity, pps pulse count, PDI (mW) discharge intensity, phase

APM adopts DSP digital processing technology and comprehensively utilizes two online partial discharge detection technologies, ultrasound and electrical measurement, to detect, analyze, and locate partial discharge signals in electrical equipment through ultrasound sensors (AE) and high-frequency current sensors (HFCT). This device can be widely used for live detection of partial discharge (PD) in power transformers, GIS, circuit breakers, cables and other power equipment, and can communicate remotely to substations and control rooms through network interfaces.

Product features:

1. Continuous online monitoring, detection, and fault analysis are of great significance for tracking discharge trends

2. One machine implements two technologies, namely simultaneously using AE (ultrasonic sensor) and HFCT (radio frequency current sensor)

3. The detection sensitivity of the ultrasonic partial discharge sensor is 10pC, and the sensitivity of the high-frequency CT partial discharge sensor is 5pC

4. Testing software can perform waveform measurement, analysis, display, and fault location on PD signals

5. Reliable prevention of catastrophic failures caused by internal insulation defects in transformers, GIS, cables, and circuit breakers

6. Convenient on-site use: there are two options for users to choose from: portable and rack mounted, and the instrument has self checking function.

This product uses RS485, which follows the MODBUS-RTU protocol, as the communication interface to facilitate communication with the Integrated State Monitoring Unit (IED). It has high measurement accuracy, large current measurement range, local storage, and flexible configuration of communication parameters in the measurement of iron core grounding current, meeting the requirements of the State Grid Corporation of China's online monitoring guidelines and the needs of the construction of an intelligent substation online monitoring system. Widely applicable for online monitoring of grounding current in iron cores/clamps of electrical equipment such as transformers and reactors.

Product features:

1. Real time monitoring of iron core grounding current

Support local and remote data monitoring and real-time display of grounding current measurement results for iron cores/clamps;

2. Iron core grounding current exceeding limit alarm

Users can set the grounding current alarm threshold for iron cores and clamps. When the current exceeds the limit, the device will display alarm information and have the function of remote transmission of alarm information;

3. Historical data storage and query functions

The device can continuously store the grounding current data of the iron core for more than five years, and the data will not be lost upon power failure. Historical data and alarm information in the device memory can be queried;

4. The working parameters of the device can be configured flexibly through the MODBUS-RTU communication protocol:
